Regarding the Auction of Assets and Scrap Metal
Union Plastic Public Company Limited intends to auction its assets and scrap metal (as detailed in the attached announcement).
The auction will be held at Union Plastic Public Company Limited, 11/1 Soi Seri Thai 62, Min Buri Subdistrict, Min Buri District, Bangkok 10510. Interested bidders will be able to view the condition of the assets and scrap metal at the auction site (Bang Chan and Bang Pakong Districts) from December 1 to 12, 2025, between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Those wishing to bid but not viewing the list of assets and scrap metal being auctioned are deemed to have knowledge of the details and condition of the assets and scrap metal being auctioned. The auction conditions are as follows:
1. From December 1, 2025, to December 12, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM:
The Company will allow the public to view the assets and scrap metal to be sold.
2. The auction items for the assets and scrap metal are divided into two categories:
2.1 Assets and scrap metal category (Bangsan)
2.2 Assets and scrap metal category (Bang Pakong)
