Regarding the 2026 Waste Material Auction

Union Plastic Public Company Limited intends to sell waste materials at Union Plastic Public Company Limited, 11/1 Soi Seri Thai 62, Min Buri Subdistrict, Min Buri District, Bangkok
10510. The company will allow interested bidders to view the waste materials from December 1-12, 2025, between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Those wishing to bid but not viewing the waste materials list will be deemed to have been informed of the details of this waste material auction.
1. The conditions for the waste material auction are as follows:
(1) From December 1-12, 2025, between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM, the company will allow the public to view the waste materials and submit bid envelopes (bid submission form). Purchase scrap materials for the year 2026 (as per Attachment 1). The company will notify you of the results of the auction for scrap materials for the year 2026 by December 15, 2025.
(2) The company requests that all bidders submit a bid deposit of
300,000 baht. The company will refund the deposit within 3 business days to those who are not selected. If any bidders are selected but waive their bid, the company reserves the right not to refund the bid deposit.
