Subject: Auction Sale of Assets and Scrap Metal No Longer in Use

Union Plastic Public Company Limited wishes to announce the auction sale of assets and scrap metal no longer in use (as detailed in the attachment to this announcement).

The auction will be conducted at Union Plastic Public Company Limited, located at 11/1 Soi Serithai 62, Min Buri Subdistrict, Min Buri District, Bangkok 10510. The Company will allow interested bidders to inspect the condition of the assets and scrap metal at the auction locations (Bang Chan and Bang Pakong areas) from March 27, 2026 to April 6, 2026, between 09:00 – 16:00 hrs.

Any person wishing to participate in the auction who has not inspected the listed assets and scrap metal shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the details and conditions of such items.

Terms and Conditions of the Auction:

1. From March 27, 2026 to April 6, 2026, between 09:00 – 16:00 hrs., the Company will allow external parties to inspect the assets and scrap metal to be auctioned.
2. The auction items are divided into 3 categories as follows:
   2.1 Machine-based sale category
   2.2 Weight-based sale category
   2.3 Lump-sum sale category
   (Details of items in categories 2.1 – 2.3 are attached herewith)
3. Persons wishing to participate in the auction may obtain bidding documents from March 27, 2026 to April 6, 2026 during the Company’s business hours.
   • Individuals must present a valid ID card.
   • Juristic persons must present a Memorandum of Association or a company affidavit issued by the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce.
   • Authorized representatives must present a power of attorney from the juristic person.
