Union Plastics Public Company Limited intends to auction the assets that have been discontinued (Paint Spraying Room, Heater Replacement, Oven Line 5 and Air Dry Paint Booth) (according to the details attached to the announcement). The auction will be held at Union Plastics Public Company Limited, 11/1 Soi Seri Thai 62, Min Buri Subdistrict, Min Buri District, Bangkok 10510. The Company will allow interested bidders to view the condition of the assets that have been discontinued (Paint Spraying Room, Heater Replacement, Oven Line 5 and Air Dry Paint Booth) at the auction area (Bang Pakong District) from March 3 to March 7, 2025, between 9:00 a.m. and 11:50 a.m. Any person who intends to bid but has not viewed the list of assets that have been discontinued (Paint Spraying Room, Heater Replacement, Oven Line 5 and Air Dry Paint Booth) that are being auctioned shall be deemed to have known the details and conditions of the assets that have been discontinued. 1. From March 3 to March 7, 2025, 9:00 a.m. - 11:50 a.m., the company will allow outsiders to view the assets that have been discontinued (Paint spray room, change heater, oven Line 5 and Air Dry paint booth) to be auctioned at Bang Pakong Factory (details attached herewith)
2. Persons who wish to bid can request bid envelopes from March 3 to March 7, 2025 during the company's business hours. If you are an individual, please bring your ID card. If you are a juristic person, please bring your memorandum of association or certificate from the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce. If you are a representative, you must bring the power of attorney of that juristic person.
3. The auction will be sold by submitting bid envelopes only. Interested persons can join the auction. The auction must be submitted from March 3 to March 7, 2025 09.00 - 11.50 hrs. only
4. The company will notify the auction results to the bidders within March 7, 2025 However, the company reserves the right to make decisions by the auction committee only and the decision of the auction committee shall be final.
