Therefore, the share transfer registration book closing date has been set from April 2, 2025 until the meeting is completed so that shareholders whose names appear on the share transfer registration book closing date will have the right to attend the 32nd Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, have the right to vote, and have the right to receive the annual dividend for 2024. The meeting agenda will be announced in the invitation letter to the shareholders' meeting, which will be sent to shareholders on a later date.
