Union Plastic Public Company Limited would like to inform you that the Company wishes to call a meeting of shareholders and has therefore set a closing date for the share registration book to commence from 4 April 2024 until the meeting is completed so that the shareholders whose names appear on the date of the book closing date are entitled to attend the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. On Thursday, April 25, 2024, voters are entitled to vote and are entitled to receive dividends for the year 2023. The agenda will be notified in the invitation letter to the shareholders' meeting, which will be sent to shareholders at the next opportunity.
