Union Plastics Public Company Limited intends to auction off machinery, equipment/scrap iron and unused molds (according to the details attached to the announcement). The auction will be held at Union Plastics Public Company Limited, 11/1 Soi Seri Thai 62, Min Buri Subdistrict, Min Buri District, Bangkok 10510. The company will allow interested bidders to view the condition of the machinery, equipment/scrap iron and unused molds at the auction area (Bang Chan and Bang Pakong Districts) from October 21 to November 8, 2024, between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Any person who intends to bid but does not view the list of machinery, equipment/scrap iron and unused molds being auctioned shall be deemed to have known the details and condition of the machinery, equipment/scrap iron and unused molds being auctioned this time.

The conditions of the auction are as follows.-
1.From October 21 to November 8, 2024, from 09.00 to 12.00, the company will allow outsiders to view the machinery, equipment/scrap iron and unused molds that will be auctioned.
2.The auction items of machinery, equipment/scrap iron and unused molds are divided into 3 categories as follows.-
2.1 Machinery category (Bang Chan, Bang Pakong)
2.2 Equipment category/scrap iron (Bang Chan, Bang Pakong)
2.3 Mold category (Bang Chan) (Items 2.1 – 2.3 are attached herewith)
3. Persons who wish to bid can request bid envelopes from October 21 to November 8, 2024 during the company's business hours. If they are individuals, please bring your national ID card. If they are juristic persons, please bring your memorandum of association or a certificate from the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce. If you are a representative, you must bring the power of attorney of that juristic person to show.
4. The auction will be sold by bidding envelope only. Interested persons can submit bidding envelopes from October 21 to November 8, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. only.
5. The company will notify the auction results to the bidders by November 13, 2024.
The company reserves the right to make decisions based on the auction committee only and the decision of the auction committee shall be final.
